NSA doval coordinated PM Modi's visit 03-07-2020

NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi's surprise visit to Leh on Friday was a surprise to Anthony. As part of the visit, Modi has reportedly discussed with the Army officials about the operational preparedness required by the Indian military to effectively combat the Chinese People's Liberation Army. It seems that Modi has spoken to Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat and Army Chief Manoj Mukund Naravan on several issues. Modi first reached Nimukku, the 14th Corps headquarters, where he met with Lt Governor General Harinder Singh and Northern Army Commander Lieutenant General Yike Joshi.
